Building Management System

Whether it is a commercial, residential or industrial building, you need to ensure you have a reliable Building Management System (BMS) set up. A BMS is an electronic computerised network that controls and monitors the electrical and mechanical services of a building. This includes the heating, ventilation and air condition (HVAC) system, lighting and additional assets such as fire systems, depending on your building requirements.

It is crucial to have a BMS installed in large buildings and properties as operators have the ability to control the performance and energy of the entire property from one convenient interface. This is handy and necessary for properties such as high rise offices, hotels, schools and retirement villages.

At Auswide Electrical Services, upon installing the BMS electrical machinery itself, we will also set-up the software control. Providing clients with the BMS interface, the building manager will be granted control access.

Through a software-based-set-up, the building manager will have control of the building’s temperature and more through a web-based interface. One singular temperature setting will not suffice the whole year around, so this will grant you the ability to change the buildings settings as needed.

This is a user-friendly control system that can be accessed through an on-site computer. It will provide independent control of the building’s electrical and mechanical settings, allowing them to maintain a comfortable environment.

Additional to the on-site computer access, we can also provide a remote services. Through our advanced software, you can have the same power you have on-site from a remote location.

For continuous fixes or software updates, our on-going maintenance and service contracts will provide you with frequent services.
